Serves 1

This can be made normally with whole milk and regular syrup.

Equipment:

Espresso machine
Steaming pitcher
12-ounce glass

Ingredients:

14-16 grams Kaladi Coffee (we recommend Trieste Blend)
10 ounces skim milk
1/2 ounce sugar-free cinnamon syrup
1/2 ounce sugar-free orange syrup
Cinnamon powder (optional)

1. Steam skim milk to about 150 degrees (Fahrenheit). Make sure to create some volume in the milk by foaming for the first few seconds; this aerates the milk and creates texture.

2. Once the milk is steamed, pull a shot of espresso.  The shot should be 2 ounces total volume and from start to finish it should pour in about 24 seconds.

3. As the shot of espresso is pouring, add 1/2 ounce each of sugar-free cinnamon and sugar-free orange syrup in to the 12-ounce glass.

4. Pour the fresh espresso over the syrup.

5. Finally, pour the steamed milk over the syrup and coffee, making sure to pour aggressively, allowing the ingredients to mix thoroughly. Top the milk off with about 1/2-inch of milk foam.  Dust with cinnamon for extra flourish. Enjoy!
