Sgt. David "Joey" Davis, 32, was killed when a improvised bomb exploded near his vehicle while patrolling Baghdad on Sept. 17, 2006.
Davis, a native of Lisbon, Md., was a medic assigned to the 4th Squadron, 14th Cavalry Regiment, 172nd Stryker Brigade Combat Team based at Fort Wainwright.
