Spc. Coty J. Phelps

Spc. Coty J. Phelps, 20, was killed on May 17, 2007 by a roadside bomb in Iskandariya, Iraq.                                                  

Phelps, a native of Lake Havasu City, Ariz., served with 4th Brigade Combat Team (Airborne), 25th Infantry Division based at Fort Richardson.
