1st Lt. Thomas M. Martin, 27, died Oct. 14, 2007 near Al Busayifi, Iraq, when his unit was attacked by insurgents, according to military reports.
Martin, a native of Ward, Ark., was assigned to the 1st Squadron, 40th Cavalry Regiment, 4th Airborne Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division, based at Fort Richardson.
