Gorgonzola fondue

Ingredients

1 cup cream cheese
– cup gorgonzola cheese
– cup shredded parmesan
– cup heavy cream
– cup chopped roasted garlic cloves
2 t white wine

Procedure

1. Combine all ingredients in mixer until well blended
2. Place in a shallow baking dish or ramekin
3. Heat at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes until brown and bubbly, depending on depth of casserole
4. Serve with toasted bruschetta, French bread or crackers. Goes great with apples, grapes or similar fresh fruits
