ANCHORAGE, Alaska -- Members of the military can spend Memorial Day weekend at Denali National Park for free.

The National Park Service is waiving the entrance fee for active and retired military members from May 29 - 31.

Denali National Park and Preserve collects an entrance fee year-round. Most visitors pay the entrance fee when they make a campsite or bus reservation.
