JUNEAU, Alaska -- State Sen. Fred Dyson is out of the hospital.
The Eagle River Republican spent Wednesday at Bartlett Regional Hospital in Juneau.
His staff said only that he was not feeling well and is expected to return to work in the next day or so.
Senate Minority Leader Con Bunde says Dyson was in an intensive care unit, but that he had heard Dyson was reading the newspaper and discussing his release with the medical staff.
Dyson was released Wednesday afternoon.
