ANCHORAGE, Alaska -- Many in Anchorage took their Super Bowl Sunday parties to local bars and restaurants.
At the Peanut Farm Bar and Grill in Anchorage, Indianapolis Colts and New Orleans Saints fans came together for food, football and another favorite: Super Bowl ads. The rivalry at the sports bar was fierce, and many fans had their own predictions on how the game would turn out.
"I roll for the Colts," said fan Glenn Tidwell. "Peyton Manning, you can't stop him. He's going to drop some long passes, he's going to do what he do. He's going to see it how he wants to see it."
"I was down in Biloxi about four months ago and enjoying a Saints game with some friends of mine," said fan Tray Cashman. "I love the Saints. The city, the people of New Orleans -- they need this. Hooah!"
