ANCHORAGE, Alaska -- The man accused of shooting and killing another man in the Dimond Center mall was back in court Wednesday.
Terence Gray, 28, was charged with an additional count of murder, as well as assault with a weapon. Police say Gray shot and killed Edwing Matos at the Dimond Center last month.
Matos' family says they are thankful for the effort the police have put into the case.
"They've been sensitive to the family, and they got a horrible predator off the street," said family member Dennis Johnson.
Gray pled not guilty to all of the charges. His trial is set for April.
