WASILLA, Alaska — The Mat-Su Borough School District has selected a new superintendent.
The school board says it's sending a contract offer to Dr. Kenneth Burnley, who was selected among four other candidates in a unanimous decision.
Burnley has held three superintendent positions including one in the Fairbanks North Star Borough School District.
Current Superintendent George Troxel will retire on June 30.
