ANCHORAGE, Alaska -- An Anchorage strip club owner is offering a motel he owns as collateral for bail to free former exotic dancer Mechele Linehan as she faces a second murder trial.

Terry Stahlman is offering his downtown Big Timber Motel to the Alaska Court System because he says he thinks Linehan is innocent.

Stahlman, who used to own a strip club in Anchorage, says he feels that she is innocent.

"I decided to step up," Stahlman said. "Everyone deserves a second chance as far as I'm concerned. Myself included, especially me; I mean, I've had tons of second chances."

Stahlman says he's never met Linehan and expects nothing in return.
