Pasta, Pesto and Peas

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup basil leaves
  • 1 tsp. garlic
  • 1/2 Cup or less olive oil
  • 1/4 Cup grated Parmesan
  • 1/4 Cup toasted pine nuts
  • salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:

  1. Combine all ingredients and process in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Adjust oil amount to desired consistency.
