Ingredients:
- 1 Cup basil leaves
- 1 tsp. garlic
- 1/2 Cup or less olive oil
- 1/4 Cup grated Parmesan
- 1/4 Cup toasted pine nuts
- salt and pepper to taste
Procedure:
- Combine all ingredients and process in a food processor until smooth.
- Adjust oil amount to desired consistency.
