ANCHORAGE, Alaska — An Anchorage grand jury has indicted a 62-year-old Anchorage man for allegedly murdering his wife. The indictment charges Robert Luch with two counts of murder for the shooting death of Jocelyn Luch.
Anchorage police responded to the Luch residence in West Anchorage on Sept. 28. Officers found 40-year-old Jocelyn Luch lying on the floor with multiple gunshot wounds. She was transported to Providence Alaska Medical Center, but died two days later.
Robert Luch was also taken to Providence for treatment. He was released last Friday and immediately arrested.
Luch will go before a judge on Tuesday to hear the charges.
