ANCHORAGE, Alaska — The Alaska Aces leave town Thursday for their first road trip of the season. But before they head for Las Vegas and a pair of games with the Wranglers, the Aces announced they've adjusted their roster a bit.
The Aces are receiving forward Scott Howes from Stockton, Calif. Howes, a two-year pro, spent the last two seasons playing with the Victoria Salmon Kings alongside Wes Goldie. In 86 games, Howes has racked up 48 points on 22 goals and 26 assists.
Howes is expected to join the Aces in Las Vegas. To make room for Howes, the Aces released Justin Milo.
