ANCHORAGE, Alaska — The Alaska Aces were able to hold off the Utah Grizzlies 5-2 on the road Wednesday night. Korey Falite continued his hot streak with a goal on the night, making four goals in the last four games. Dan Kissel notched two goals on the scoreboard, while Tyler Ruegsegger scored one goal and had two assists.
The win pulled the Aces within one point of the division-leading Grizzlies.
The series sweep also makes the Aces undefeated in Utah on the year at 4-0. The team now heads to Idaho, where they are set to take on the Steelheads Friday and Saturday night.
