Iditarod Musher Currier Scratches in Anvik

ANCHORAGE, Alaska — Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Race musher Judy Currier scratched at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in Anvik, according to the Iditarod Trail Committee.

Currier, a 46-year-old race veteran from Fairbanks who wore Bib 29 on the trail, says she made the decision after considering her 13-dog team’s ability to advance.
