ANCHORAGE, Alaska —
INGREDIENTS For 4 Servings
14 oz. of rib eye beef, thinly sliced
4 Tbsp. of Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp. of Sake
½ Tbsp. of sugar
A little bit of Sesame Seed
4 Chinese firm Tofu
1/3 oz. of corn starch
Some vegetables – onion, green onion, broccoli, mushroom.
COOKING
Cut vegetable to about stir fry size
Cut Tofu in half and put in some corn starch
Marinade beef (pour 4 Tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 Tablespoons of sake, ½ Tablespoon of sugar and
mix).
Leave meat at least 30 minutes
Deep fry Tofu
Stir fry meat and add vegetables
Put on piece of fried tofu on the bottom
Put stir fried beef on the tofu
Put another piece of tofu on the top
Make into a tofu sandwich
You can also put the fresh vegetables on the top
