Fairbanks Mobile Home Fire Kills 1

ANCHORAGE, Alaska — One person died in a Fairbanks mobile home fire early Thursday morning, according to Alaska State Troopers.

Troopers and the University of Alaska Fairbanks Fire Department responded at about 3:30 a.m. to 1508 Hoselton Rd., where a mobile home was fully engulfed in flames. An investigation revealed that one adult had died in the fire.

The victim’s name has not been released, pending a positive identification by the state medical examiner. Next of kin have been notified.
