ANCHORAGE, Alaska — U.S. Marshals have turned to the public in finding a fugitive sex offender described as “mentally disturbed” with family ties in Alaska and across the northwest.

On Friday, the U.S. Marshals Fugitive task force along with the California Dept. of Corrections issued a wanted notice for Cash Allen Lewark, 41, on an outstanding warrant for probation violation that stems from a conviction of Lewd Acts with a minor in San Diego, CA.

“Lewark is known to have strong family ties in Puyallap, Washington; Reno, Nevada; and Alaska,” U.S. Marshals said in a statement. “His criminal history includes lewd acts with a minor, assault, battery, and obstruction of a law enforcement officer.”

Cash Allen Lewark is 5’07”, 175 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. According to marshals, “he is classified as mentally disturbed and should be considered armed and dangerous.”

If you have any information on Lewark’s whereabouts, then contact Deputy U.S. Marshal Jeffrey Domingcil at (714) 338-4610 or contact your local police.
