Gerald Coleman stopped all 20 Bakersfield Condors shots for his second shutout in as many Sundays as the Alaska Aces rolled to a 3-0 victory over the Condors to finish off a three game series sweep. The Aces pad their ECHL-best record to 43-12-6. Following a scoreless first period, Alexandre Imbeault tallied his 16th goal of the year at 11:42 of the second period. Bobby Hughes tallied the winning goal and scored for the second straight game as the Alaska Aces held off the Bakersfield Condors, 2-1 on Friday night to move to 4 and 1 with one game left on their six-game road trip. Overall, Alaska stands 14-5-0 on the season and has lost only once in its last 11 games. Gerald Coleman made 20 saves on 21 shots while Joey Crabb also scored for the aces, his ninth goal of the season.

The Alaska Aces completed the 3 game series against the Bakersfield Condors with a 4-3 win, claiming the series 2 games to 1. The first bit of action didn't come until the last minutes of period one, when Kane Lafranchise capitalized on the power play assisted by Chad Anderson and Garry Nunn. The Aces dominated the second period, with Chris Langkow lighting the lamp at 10:10 to give Alaska the 2-0 advantage. At second intermission, Alaska had 22 shots on goal to Bakersfield's 11. In the third, Brian Miller and Nick Mazzolini both added a goal a piece giving the Aces a promising 4-0 lead. In the final minutes, the Condors pulled the goalie to rally back 4-3 but were unable to send the game into overtime.

Chris Langkow scored 36 seconds into regulation in his first hockey game in nearly four months, but the Alaska Aces were silenced the rest of the way in a 4-1 loss to the Bakersfield Condors. The Aces have dropped five of their last six games and fall to 33-14-6 overall, still five points better than Las Vegas for the most in the ECHL. Matt Keetley stopped 49 of Alaska's 50 shots in his second victory at Sullivan Arena this season. He also blanked the Aces, 4-0 on November 2nd. Parker Stanfield scored twice for the Condors, including the go-ahead goal in the second period. Kyle Calder buried a back breaking goal just 32 seconds later to make it 3-1. Langkow was a playoff hero for the Aces during last year's run to the Kelly Cup, scoring eight goals in Alaska's final eight postseason games. He began the season in the AHL, but prior to Friday night, he had not played since late October because of an injury.

Aces forward Chris Langkow has rejoined the team after spending the first part of the season in the AHL. Langkow started the season at the Peoria Rivermen training camp, then played on loan with the Bridgeport Sound Tigers. He started the season with 5 points in 7 games, but suffered an injury that has had him sidelined since October 22. Gerald Coleman made 29 saves for his second shutout of the season as the Alaska Aces remained unbeaten on their eight-game road trip with a 2-0 win over the Bakersfield Condors. Alaska improves to 5-0-2 on its trip with one game left. Wes Goldie and Tyler Ruegsegger each scored their seventh goals of the season for the Aces, who own a league-high 30 points and a mark of 14-4-2.

Garry Nunn scored one minute, 45 seconds into overtime to lift the Alaska Aces to a 4-3 come from behind win over the Bakersfield Condors on Tuesday night, giving the Aces a 2-0-1 start to their eight-game road trip. Alaska trailed 2-0 into the third period, carrying a streak of five consecutive scoreless periods. However, the defending Kelly Cup champions rallied behind third period goals from Brian Swanson, Wes Goldie, and Dan Kissel to force overtime. Swanson's tally was the first of the season for the Alaska captain. Alaska's only lead was the final score.

Matt Keetley of the Bakersfield Condors posted the first shutout of the Alaska Aces since January 18th as the Condors began a three-game series at Sullivan Arena with a 4-0 win. Keetley's 42 saves sent the defending Kelly Cup champions to a third straight loss, now 5-3-0 overall. Matthew Sisca and Scott Freeman each tallied a goal and two assists for the Condors, who improve to 4-3-1. Scott Howes, the reigning MVP of the Kelly Cup Playoffs, made his season debut for Alaska after off-season shoulder surgery and finished minus one with four shots on goal.

Between them, the Alaska Aces and Bakersfield Condors tallied 214 penalties by the end of a Friday night game that came to blows on the ice at the Sullivan Arena. The Aces’ Wes Goldie was the first to sound the horn, scoring just 74 seconds into the game. The Condors later sank two pucks in the second period, tying the game at 2, but Goldie would score again, regaining both the Aces’ lead and his own league lead in goals scored with 25 this year. Also in the second period, the Aces’ Zach Harrison dropped the puck back for Bryan Miller, solidifying Alaska’s lead to 4-2. The Aces went on to win 5-4, but after the final horn, a brawl ensued in which six Bakersfield players plus coach Marty Raymond picked up suspensions and fines.

Wes Goldie scored twice to lead the Alaska Aces to a 5-4 victory over the Bakersfield Condors, an effort that served as a revenge game for Alaska. In the teams last meeting, Aces defenseman Bryan Miller was injured by a cheap shot to the head courtesy of Bakersfield's Bobby Robbins, an incident that led to a four-game suspension for Robbins. Miller retorted by scoring a goal of his own.Alaska improves to 23-15-2 with the victory. Goldie's tallies give him an ECHL-best 25 on the season.
