Just days before serial killer Israel Keyes is laid to rest in Deer Park Washington, many questions still remain unanswered. "We can't say for sure how many victims Keyes has," said FBI Special Agent Jolene Goeden. "However, based on some things that he has told us, or statements that he has made to us suggests that the number is less than 12, we believe it to be about 11. " It's certainly not a number anyone can confirm for sure. "That's something that only Mr. Keyes knows," Goeden said.
