Ingredients: 3 Egg yolks 1 tbs Anchovy paste 1 tbs Dijon mustard 3 Garlic cloves 3 oz Red wine vinegar 1 EA Lemon juiced 2 tbs Worcestershire sauce 2 dashes Tabasco 4 tbs Grated parmesan 1 1/2 cup Olive oil 1/2 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Pepper Procedure: 1. Put all of these ingredients in your blender and emulsify. 2. Toss 3 oz of dressing into 4 oz of crisp fresh Romaine with a few croutons and a bit of good parmesan, hand-shaved.

Taylor Farms' Fresh Selections bagged salads are being pulled from Fred Meyer store shelves following a voluntary recall initiated after several bags tested positive for Salmonella. According to a press release from Fred Meyer Stores, customers should check their refrigerators and throw out the following Fresh Selections bagged salads with a sell by date of 10-18-2011: Field Greens Salad, Leafy Romaine, Romaine Salad Blend and Hearts of Romaine. Fred Meyer has removed all affected items from store shelves and has begun notifying customers of the recall through its customer recall notification system.

For the bread pudding: 1 lbs old bread 4 ozs raisins 15 oz pumpkin puree 3 eggs ¾ lbs brown sugar 2 T vanilla 1 quart heavy cream ½ tsp cinnamon ¼ tsp nutmeg Procedure: Cut the bread into a large dice and place in a large bowl. In another bowl, combine the remaining ingredients using a whisk. Pour this mixture over the bread and lightly toss to evenly coat the bread. Allow to soak overnight. Spray pan or dishes with non stick spray.
